*He laughs.* Staring wistfully is not something I'm especially good at. Not without taking on the sort of innocent, pathetic persona that you wouldn't be fooled by for a moment, at least.

I'm better at creepy glaring, really.

Perhaps meeting you will make things a bit more exciting.

Not that you're likely to try. You're much too nice for that sort of thing. You feel sympathy for those that abuse you, while I have to . . . um, occasionally remind myself that my friends are not emergency rations.

For all that we're on the same planet we're living in very different worlds, wouldn't you agree?
